Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration before November
1st you will receive a refund of your registration fee less
administration costs (registration fee, bank fees, refund cheque fees,
postage).
There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations of registrations
from November 1st until November 27th
There are no refunds provided for cancellations after November 27th
but you can transfer your registration to another person who can
attend in your place. You need to notify the registration committee (Geof@bigpond.com)
of any change in registration details.
Registration policy
All presenters are required to register for the conference by October
30th. Where there are multiple authors for the paper or
workshop please advise the program convenor (m.leclus@ecu.edu.au)
which of the authors will be presenting the paper so that the web site
can reflect presenters accurately.
